Milling cut (length up to 400 mm)

The service applies to any through milling within the part or along its contour (for example, performing a radius), where the length of the milling is less than 400 mm along its length. This service is performed with a tool - a milling cutter.
The minimum size of the part for this service is 200x70 mm. The maximum size is 4200x1350 mm. The minimum radius is 3 mm.
Our production does not perform knurling of through milling inside the part.
If the milling cut is performed along the contour of the part, it is crimped and the recommended radii for crimping are:
- external: - R20 - edge 1 mm thick (width: 22, 23 mm...); - R60 - edge 2 mm thick (width: 22, 23 mm...); - R60 - an edge with a thickness of 1; 1.5; 2 mm (but width: 41, 42, 43 mm...);
- internal: - R35 - edge 1 mm thick (width: 22, 23 mm...); - R100 - edge 2 mm thick (width: 22, 23 mm...); - R120 - an edge with a thickness of 1; 1.5; 2 mm (but width: 41, 42, 43 mm...).
